"Voices: Challenging the Negative Talk of Anxiety" Inspired by the struggles of my family members with anxiety and depression. The constant negative voices of doubt are the biggest stumbling block to living a life with anxiety. Learning how to accept anxiety exists but not letting it overtake your mind and be in the driver’s seat of your life is the key. A difficult but not impossible task. This piece will be shown at my exhibit at the Westheimer Gallery in Sharonville, Ohio in May, 2019, titled, “Mindful Metamorphosis.”
