Cover artwork of multipage brochures for Dickinson & Gillespie’s first housing developments in Playa del Rey. My grandfather, T.O. McCoye, was the listings manager; Fritz Burns ran the operation. The present day Tanner’s building was the D&G office, that and the “Outlaw’s” lot were T.O.’s offices; he was also leasing agent for the Mesmer building at 179 Culver next to the present day Shack.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
