This is a fun employee 25th anniversary card design, featuring the number 25 shown in gold coloured balloons. Each balloon has a flowing curly ribbon attached. The balloons are set against a blue background sprinkled with falling confetti. There are also some confetti letters, with gold foil effect overlay, where the letters are those of the word CONGRATULATIONS.
