The first shipment was lost in the mail, but customer service was very quick to get a replacement shipment in the mail and expedite the delivery. I appreciated the service. the invitations turned out great! I had darkened the printing when I did my customization and I'm glad I did. I think it would have been too light. As is was they turned out perfectly
