Elegant White Swan on Water Watch

This swan was inspired by a real swan that I photographed on the way to see a play at the Stratford Festival in Ontario. Stratford is famous for its theatre and just as famous for its swans. One of Canada’s most unique events is their annual Swan Parade, where people from all over the world witness this official arrival of spring. This elegant original oil painting of a white Swan floating down the river, so peacefully and content, among the wonderful shades of blue ripples on the water, makes a beautiful gift for any occasion.
