Vintage botanical Illustration of lady's slipper foliage and blossoms, very elegant, sophisticated and classy artwork for a chic romantic home decor and nature or flowers lover. The pink and white lady's slipper (Cypripedium reginae) was designated the official state flower of Minnesota in 1902. It symbolizes both sacrifice and healing, as the woman sacrificed her safety to heal her village. Since it became rare and endangered it was also said to symbolize Native American culture. The colors pink and magenta symbolize joy, love and grace.
