I ordered these invitations and in the shipping process my label came off on another package and I got the other package. Zazzle was great about it and realized the urgency of needing a replacement. They got the new order put in and to me before I knew it. The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was great. I am very pleased with the overall process even with the bumps in shipping which were out of Zazzle's control. The quality is great. I am very pleased with how they turned out. The only thing I would caution customers about is the placement of pages. I assumed the guide they used would have the RSVP pages on either side of each other and they were not. That is my fault because I could have changed that during my editing. Having said that I am still very pleased. Thank you Zazzle!
