Elegant Sleeping French Woman (Sweet Repose) Pillowcase
This design features a painting by the French artist Victor Gabriel Gilbert (1847–1933). It shows a fashionable young woman taking a nap; she appears to be completely relaxed as she sleeps. The woman is wearing a white nightdress and has her hand on the pages of book, which she had been reading before she drifted off to sleep. She has brown hair, which has little curls, and there is a smile on her cute face. The background is a bluey turquoise color. The original title of the artwork is "Doux repos", which means "Sweet rest" in French, and it was painted circa 1880.
