There was a mistake and I was trying to correct this by calling Customer Service. Called several times and one particular day I was on hold for 45 minutes and still no one picked up. They never answer phones there. After days I finally got an e-mail reply to my many e-mails. Product was beautiful and received many compliments. Describe how the design on your product turned out - did the colors turn out as expected, were you satisfied with the image quality, etc.
