The lettering ended up alot smaller that it looked when we were ordering online. We also noted is that when we made a change to the wording it did not always take so had to remove the product from the basket altogether a few times and restart to get the wording we wanted. Other than that, they are quite customizable which was nice. We liked the wedding invitations but didn't understand that the shadowing on the website was actual shadowing on the product vs being more metallic ink.
