Elegant Black Chinoiserie Monogram Crest Wedding Napkin

The napkins would have been fine however I received them AFTER the event date. The order was placed on March 21, 2025 and was expected by April 3, 2025. The USPS label was created on March 31st for shipping. The package didn’t arrive until April 7th even after receiving a status the package would be delivered by April 4th. Even with weather delays this package should have arrived on time if it had truly been shipped on March 31st. The travel time between Houston, TX to the Dallas-FW area is 1 or 2 days even in inclement weather. And WHY would it be sent via USPS instead of UPS OR FEDEX when the date of the occasion was printed for April 6, 2025. Thoroughly DISAPPOINTED which is the reason for 1 star.

The napkins were amazing. They were a huge hit at our event. I love that you can customize them and they are great quality. The printing was great quality and exactly what I expected.
