Elegant and Beautiful Vintage Paris Square Wall Clock

Liked the look, packaged nicely for shipping--- however, had trouble getting product to operate---contacted support team, who responded promptly to help---it did, however, the hour hand was not stable, therefore time on clock was not accurate--after numerous tries, finally was able to stabilize the "hour" hand and now my clock is working fine. Only negative comment I will make, is that product should have come with instructions and because the clock mechanisms is very "soft" could not tell if it was working- accidentally heard the soft noise--Solution, how about a "second hand" that would have started functioning to allow me to know that the clock was functioning. Am pleased with the customer service I received--Am PLEASED with my clock selection for it reminds me of my trip to Paris and the Eiffel tower . The design and colors were very nice Was pleased on the ability to change the "hand and number" colors to my preference.

I love it and now my parents will - big day ahead for them. it was vert clear - looked just lovely
