I ordered this mug for a co-worker. It was supposed to be white, with his staple phrase on it. When it arrived I showed it to my co-workers right away....and everyone immediatelly noticed that the mug was NOT WHITE. It seems to have had SOMEONE ELSE'S photo on it at one time - a man and a woman, it looks like - and was very poorly covered up with white, which DID NOT WORK, and OVER these strange people's photo that shows through was the phrase I ordered. This is AWFUL! UNACCEPTABLE!

I am super happy with this mug! It is exactly the size I was looking for. The image quality is good and I find the handle really comfortable.
I was absolutely shocked by how quickly my order arrived! I placed my order on a Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday, and I live in a very rural area. Super impressed! Thank you for a great experience!
