Earth Signs Watch

According to science, modern humans appeared around 300,000 years ago; an eye-blink in the 4.54 billion years of Earth’s existence. For millennia humans have known the Earth as the beginning and end of all forms of life. Symbols and icons expressly representing the Earth have occurred throughout human history. Each culture has honoured the Earth in their own unique way. All life as we know it exists on and within the Earth’s crust. It is the thin layer of stone, soil, water and air that covers the planet. The crust is only 1% of the Earth’s total mass. The other 99% is the mantle, the outer core and the inner core.
