DURENDAL , ROMANTIC SWORD AND THE ANGEL SKATEBOARD

Colourful and vibrant watercolor painting 2009 .The origin of the sword is unclear; this indestructible sword is given various provenances in the Matter of France that probably was forged by Wayland the Smith, who is commonly cited as a maker of romantic weapons. According to the Song of Roland, the sword is brought by angel Saint Michael to Charlemagne, who gives it to Roland. In The Song of Roland, the sword is said to contain within its golden hilt one tooth of Saint Peter, blood of Saint Basil, hair of Saint Denis, and a piece of the raiment of the Blessed Virgin Mary.The name probably comes from the French verb "durer", "to endure"

The folks at Zazzle have really done their research on skate decks. The board itself is of high quality, with nice curve. Printing is good; sharp, colour is vibrant. Haven't had an opportunity to see how well it will stand up to skating, but I have high hopes for it.

I cant speak for how it holds up as a fully assembled skateboard. But I've had quite a few decks in my life and this seems solid. I'm using it fro a Twin Peaks art project. So far, it has been perfect! very smallJust a few whit marks in the black parts, Nothing serious. Very small defects.
