my 11-yr old son loves anything with a platypus on it, and especially items that add in that scientific touch! Gave it to him for Christmas, and he is wearing it today on his first day back to school. Although he doesn't look like the model for this shirt, he still looks good without the beard! So far so good. I've washed it once, and I didn't see any sticking or peeling.
