A stormy afternoon along the Washington coast at Cape Disappointment State Park. Walking along the shore of Benson Beach on the black sand with beautiful views & came across this large unique driftwood stump! Benson Beach is the most southern beach on the Long Beach Peninsula, in Ilwaco, Washington. There's a lot of history here & lots to explore! Photo taken March 2017.
