I have reached out to zazzle on several occasions via email and phone and nobody seems to want to help. My package never made it to me and they were invitations for a baby shower so I have had to cancel my party and now I'm afraid to re order invites because I worry I may not receive those again. I ordered a month and a half from the date of the party, plenty of time to account for shipping delays but this is ridiculous and I want a full refund on my invites! Never received!! So I cant review!
