The person I bought this for said that her coffee was still hot after a whole day of work, so she was absolutely happy with it. The product actually looks better "in person" because the colors of the artwork look really nice against that stainless steel, even better than what I see in this picture. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the artwork went all the way around, and wasn't just on one side like I expected.

This mug was exactly as described. I have purchased the stainless steel one before and the white is a nice change (stainless steel inside). I found the lavender purple a little light for my liking but that's my fault. Next time I'll choose a more grapey purple.
