As you can see there is a reverse eye chart, its backwards because you are supposed to look at it using a mirror. To judge eyesight, you need to be 20ft away from the target. But most rooms are too small, so they used a mirror to make it longer, and they still use one today. The one with the animals are for children. Though some of those shapes are not at all recognizable. Because this room is a hospital there are a variety of other tools in it.
