Looks great and the magnet holds on just fine. This is he second one that I have ordered. This new one is to replace the first one that I received last August. I placed it in the recess next to the rear license plate on my wife's car so that she could recognize her generic gray car from afar in the sea of cars in those big parking lots. The first one's image faded and started to peel away from the magnet over the course of half a year. The image turned out beautiful. Hopefully this one will last longer than the previous one.
