I love the trim on the collar and sleeves but I am afraid it runs too small. Even the large looks more like a small. One of my co-workers thought it was a child's size. I do think that the quality is very good though. I love the colors and the printing. They were exactly as I wanted - true to what I picked on the personalization site. I thought it was easy to personalize and choose fonts and sizes.
