There was a delay in the production time but the 2 times I called they were very helpful and made sure to get them shipped the next day service. Everything came out but the Felt design was not what I was thinking when you see the word felt. Only reason I ordered the felt design was because they were out of the stock, in fact a lot of the designs I was looking at were out of the basic design. Don't know if I would pay the extra for the felt. But overall I was happy with the product.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical ordering my birthday invitations online but these came out better than I could EVER imagine. The colour and quality was excellence, and they even sent a few extras which I thought was considerate. Definitely ordering from zazzle again. the quality of paper is excellent...almost stock card-like. the color was vivid and wasn't weak in any areas. I honestly have nothing bad to say about my experience.
