I loved my mug design. I made only one mistake, that was not putting my contact information on the mug. Still, since I intend to put a mini-novel and business cards in it, I'm hoping that will suffice.
Zassle took great pains to make sure my order was right and legal. (not copyrighted pictures). Once assured of that they were fast and did a wonderful job! Love it! It is colorful and exactly as I wanted it.

Honestly, I wasn't sure how the mug would turn out, or how big it'd be or if the color inside would be right, but when it arrived, I was blown away. It was just perfect. And the recipient absolutely loved it too. Again, I wasn't sure about the variety of fonts I chose, and the size variation, but it seriously was perfect. My worst nightmare would have been if the letters were smudged, but to my utter satisfaction, everything was perfect.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
