I found that if you save the picture horizontally, you can input both horizontal and vertical pictures. You can't rotate the picture once its been chosen. The basic paper is good quality and thick. I like the dreamy filter. I easily moved the words around to be where I wanted them to be with the editing tool. I didn't find myself wanting to throw my laptop or give up on it like many other tools. Looks just like on the computer screen, no surprises
