Delia is a lovely fashion model from the 1890s. Her long, fitted gown is an afternoon walking dress. Made of satiny fabric trimmed with contrasting ribbon, the outfit also has a matching straw hat with feathers and a large ribbon flower. Delia holds a parasol or umbrella and stands against a background of faded colours with shiny metallic victorian style swirls and flourishes, plus a couple of chevron stripes consisting of metallic leaves accented with pearls.
