This is a dated notepad (Month, Day/date, and Day of week). I did not put the year on, as I believe it limits the functionality (and the year stays pretty consistent). This was originally created for my work as a therapist, but I thought that I would share because I am sure there are a lot of people who take notes that would appreciate an easy way to date them.
