Data visualisation - US airlines flow T-Shirt

For making this picture I used a dataset with 66 thousand plane trips in the US. The trips were initially drawn as straight lines between the origin and destination, and then deformed and bundled together using a data visualisation algorithm that I proposed back in 2015. The colour shows the direction of the flows, blue at the origin and red at the destination.
