Dapple-eyed Bronc Two-Tone Coffee Mug

This piece was for my upcoming Rodeo Themed Collective Show in July 2021 @ the Initial Point Gallery, Meridian, Idaho. Inspired by an upcoming show and looking through hundreds of rodeo images, I used my imagination and finally have a piece that I am proud of. Using Arches watercolor paper and a blue and black ballpoint pen, I wanted to try something a little bit different. I was pleasantly surprised how well the subtle colours came out and very excited with the final result of this piece. I think my two favourites parts of this piece is the star dappling on the horse and the look on the cowboys face!

I ordered these with interiors of yellow, red, maroon, pink, navy blue, and light blue. Note that the navy blue is VERY dark and looks black in some lighting.
