"Time spent with cats is never wasted." So said famous Austrian psychiatrist Sigmund Freud (1856 – 1939), the founding father of psychoanalysis, a man who loved cats. We've teamed Freud's immortal quotation with a beautiful illustration by Japanese artist Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797 - 1861), one of the leading Ukiyo-e artists of the late Edo period in 19th century Japan. Kuniyoshi also adored cats. His painting shows three happy cats dressed in Scottish kilts dancing the Highland Fling. The card would be perfect for cat owners and lovers of Japanese cat art. Scots would like it too!
