Damask Personalized Wedding Planner Teal Initial Binder

Very disappointed! What I designed online looked great. But, what I received was a design that was off center and had some type of blank stripes through the damask design in two places. It frankly looked weird. I'm don't know what happened, but if anyone had done a quality check of the product before shipping, they could have easily seen it didn't look right. A simple email or phone call would have been nice. Oh well, it's the chance you take when you order something online. I ordered a different binder at the same time, but a different design, and it looked great. I ended up trashing the Damask binder that was intended as a surprise wedding shower gift. Too sad! The quality of the printing was great...but the design printed was messed up! Anyone printing this would have seen the Damask design was blank in two strips. Very disappointing!

The photo album is as described. The pictures and text that were added to the front, back and spine were as ordered. The process of adding pictures and changing colour, size and font of text was easy to edit when ordering the customized binder. The binder was sturdy making it easy to insert three-ring photo pages. The pockets on the inside of the binder cover were used to insert a disc of the pictures in the binder. The final product turned out great. the pictures and text were printed as shown in the edited preview copy when ordering. Even though there was a warning that one of the pictures may be fuzzy, it turned out to be fine. The product was ordered for a Christmas gift and the customized binder was completed and shipped in time for Christmas. It was appreciated as a personalized gift.
