The original I ordered still hasn't arrived, and it's been about 3 weeks. I did contact customer service and a replacement was overnighted, in 2 days time. I did get the card in the nick of time. Very cute card, but sis have dirt like smudges along the creased part. Good printing. Clear and vivid.
