I ordered these personalized napkins and guest towels for my daughters baby shower which is tomorrow, Saturday, April 29th. They were supposed to be sent out on April 21st. I received a note saying they were shipped but might be running late. What good is a product for a shower if it doesn't arrive on time? When I messaged the designer (Lollipop Party Supplies and Design) they sent me an auto generated message referring me to Zazzle as "Zazzle prints and dispatches all designs". I am beyond frustrated with Zazzle on this. Don't know...haven't received yet.
