There was a mistake fulfilling the order and 1 item was damaged in shipping, but these were promptly addressed by the support team. I'm completely satisfied. Printing was just great - just like the picture an no smearing. (first shipment contained something I hadn't ordered, but that was quickly corrected)

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
