I had great difficulty with the design and was constantly told by one of the customer service reps that my design was outside of the designated design border and my logo would be cut off. I was extremely frustrated, but once I called CS and spoke with a different rep (Kevin, I think?) he was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and made this project perfect! Kevin helped me align everything, and while I think it could have been placed a little bit differently, I was very happy with the result :)

This mug was exactly as described. I have purchased the stainless steel one before and the white is a nice change (stainless steel inside). I found the lavender purple a little light for my liking but that's my fault. Next time I'll choose a more grapey purple.
