Customizable I Heart Mug 0001

I am a "slightly" older woman who tried to order on the computer, I thought I had done very well until the mug was delivered and saw to my dismay that I am not a computer geek. It was a white mug with pink background with small writing that was almost impossible to read. I called customer service to see how I could return the mug, the girl told me she would help me and help me she surely did. She did everything for me over the phone to replace that first mug and send me the mug I have how that I love. I have never had such wonderful service before from anyone over the phone, I am so sorry I do not remember her name, it might have been Sally, but who ever she is she deserves a raise. I have nothing but praise for your company and I tell everyone how nice you are to do business with. Thank You. The mug was excellent quality 100% as described. Everything was just the way I wanted, perfect, Thanks again Sally for all you did for me. I can't tell you how bright and shinny it is you get 100% on everything.

Love this mug! Zazzle does such a GREAT job - it's shiny, and pretty, and really shows off the whimsical artwork extraordinarily well. You really can't tell how awesome it's going to be until you hold it in your hands. My new favourite mug! The printing was clear, sharp, and beautiful. Really showcased the artwork in true colours. Excellent craftmanship! Couldn't be happier.

Colors just as bright as shown on-line. Would be nice if the colour choices for interior & handle on the large mug were as many as on the smaller one.
