Custom Traditional Stewart Tartan Plaid Mug

well, it just arrived & i couldn't be more pleased : frosted 16 oz mug, customized with Dress Stewart Tartan with the Scottish Gaelic toast Slàinte Gu Soírraidh, i.e., Health / wellBeing Always & Forever ! the frosted mug with a tartan superimposed comes out sooooo beautifully, giving it an air of refinement you can't really get on an opaque surface. Really, really nice. This large mug would be great as a beer mug, too - thinking a great gift for guys at some sporting event, with a logo superimposed instead of a tartan - though i am enjoying it at the moment with iced tea & intend it for hot beverages as well. The dishwasher / microwave safe & hot/cold beverage feature is a real plus . . the printing & colors on the mug i designed came out Superwell - take a bow, Zazzle !! i had chosen the Dress Stewart tartan design & specifically wanted the lettering on the white part of the design only so it can easily be seen - & as an aesthetics phreak, that was crucial. i found the customizeable feature easy - and actually FUN - to work with as i played around with different colors & font sizes & got it exactly the way i wanted it. And the product received was EXACTLY as i'd specified. Doesn't get any better than that . . ( can't upload a photos i took of it but am going to try to copy Zazzle's so you can see what i'm referring to & what the possibilites for other designs could potentially be. )

Love this mug! Zazzle does such a GREAT job - it's shiny, and pretty, and really shows off the whimsical artwork extraordinarily well. You really can't tell how awesome it's going to be until you hold it in your hands. My new favourite mug! The printing was clear, sharp, and beautiful. Really showcased the artwork in true colours. Excellent craftmanship! Couldn't be happier.

Colors just as bright as shown on-line. Would be nice if the colour choices for interior & handle on the large mug were as many as on the smaller one.
