Custom Says-It Mug

The mug was great. It was a birthday present for a friend and he loved it. Printing turned out fine

Ordering this custom item was my first time ordering from Zazzle. I originally ordered a classic white mug with the words Say Good-Bye across it. Then later learned I could have put a custom photo on it and ordered a different type of mug. I went back into the site to change my order, but I learned that 2 hours after placing the order, it cannot be changed or canceled.. I then designed this mug with the blue interior, the photo on the mug and the exact font that matches our boat and placed the order. A friend of mine who has ordered from Zazzle before (and who recommended Zazzle to me) suggested I contact Customer Service. Aaron T. immediately responded and told me I could send the initial order back for a full refund. I was amazed that a custom order could be returned. He issued an RMA number to me and I was able to print the return form. Both orders arrived the same day and I returned the original order according to Aaron T.'s instructions. I don't believe the return order has yet been received, but I look forward to receiving the return amount on my credit card. I would do business with Zazzle again. The workmanship is beautiful. I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
