Very disappointed! This was a gift to remember a loved one and the feedback was heartbreaking. It smelled like petroleum chemicals and very difficult to put the cover over the pillow insert. I ordered two more for family members and embarrassed. .

The quality is awesome - these pillows are plump, and DO NOT FLATTEN with use. The images on front and back are perfectly registered. Awesome printing!
