I ordered 10 mugs for Thanksgiving…when they arrived 5 were smashed. I contacted customer service and they were very nice and in a week or so I received the 5 replacement mugs…2 were broken! Ugh! II again emailed customer service and sent a picture of how I received the mugs but I never heard back and hence never received my 2 mugs! With that all said..the mugs are exactly what I wanted!!! Exactly as I wanted!
