Good quality and generally as described, however the manufacturing process has the custom portion as the middle part of a "wafer" where the two plastic sides are thicker than expected (and probably needed). The result is a bit more clunky luggage tag. Design and colors look good.

The product was beautifully designed and surprisingly sturdy. They also made sure to swap out the brown strap for a black one so that it matched the colors on the luggage tag. The colors came out as expected and looked exactly like the preview. I'm immensely satisfied.
