I was so happy with my order! I could not find an ornament for my daughter with the title "Band Captain so personalizing one was perfect, I was able to quickly download a picture of her and the process was very easy! The best part, it arrived quickly and on time and even better...she loved it! I can't wait to do the next one :). I wish that I had known I was going to do this, I would have been able to have a better quality photo available, but it turned out true to my image.
