My order was originally lost in transit and upon informing Zazzle, they answered the same day and redid and sent my order within two days. I expect to get the product promised and did, but I also got great customer service with it. I added a picture on the back of the card and it had bright colors that I was somewhat nervous how it would turn out. It was just as bright as the picture submitted even with a matte finish.

High quality, beautifully presented. The scalloped edge is a nice touch. Choosing a post card style birthday greeting adds a nice twist from the traditional folded card. Colours are soft pastel shades that gives a simple elegant look for this card. The high definition print option with semi gloss really works well for this card. Note: my photo may not capture the prettiness of this card. The reverse of the card highlights the image I chose for a pet themed card nicely. Just what I expected. 👍
