I have ordered multiple sets of these. First set came out a bit too dark, needed to adjust the pictures used but was simple enough. Program is easy to work with and the finished product is great for the pricing. I was quite disappointed that when the first set did not come out well I was told to send them back in and then they could potentially be replaced. It was cheaper to just re-order them after modifying (which is likely what they are going for :) ). Not amazing clarity on the photos but I did not have high resolution pictures either.
