Cross Country Customizable Ornament

This was a great way to commemorate my grandson's sport. It was very sharp and clear.

If you're looking for a product to be created entirely on your own, then this is the only site I could find that allowed you to do that...however, I'm not very tech savvy, so I'm sure there are other sites out there. I had some trouble w/ the order, and was sent 2 and charged for 2. I called customer service, and they handled it very professionally, and bent over backwards to help me make things right. I hung up happy and will use them again. I put "no" to recommend this product b/c it didn't turn out the way I had expected; neither of them. I think it would help if the preview before you order, looked exactly like the item you receive. The print was much clearer on the preview. Not sure how the site can improve on that. But, and this is partly my fault, I didn't realize how small the writing would be on the ornament b/c the preview is not to scale.

Nice quality, many colors to choose from. It’s not easy finding a cute ornament for a marching band tuba player. Quick ship, reasonable price. Turned out fantastic. I included pics, but marked out the name for privacy purposes.
