Middletown State Homeopathic Hospital was a hospital for the treatment of mental disorders located in Middletown, New York and opened on April 20, 1874. It was the first purely homeopathic hospital for mental disorders in the United States. The institution permanently closed in 2006, and is now being considered for demolition. Composed in Photoshop with layers, adjustments, and textures.
