I ordered 8 puzzles and when they finally came they were perfect and boxed so nicely. The first group came timely. Then I had to reorder the last ones three times. The problem is there is not a person to speak with when something happens with your order. It’s all chat with Ai and then if you want a real person you online chat with them. Its it an imperfect system and until the last of the puzzles several weeks late, I wasn’t sure they would. Poor communication , .
