Create Your Own Custom T-Shirt

The shirt I made for my husband turned out great. The quality of the shirt seems good. The printing turned out just like it looked online. The color of the photo was good. Love it!

I ordered six different prints on six different shirts. On this one, I obviously goofed and left "your text here" showing. I received an email asking if it was a mistake, and of course I said yes. I asked them to remove it; they couldn't. I asked to just remove this shirt from the order; they couldn't. I would have had to recreate my entire order or eat the cost of this useless shirt. Since I needed it for Christmas, I just have this ridiculous shirt. I feel like typing "ZAZZLE needs to come up with better customer service" at the bottom of the shirt. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer assistance in this case. Colors were beautiful, shirt was well made, but again, customer service SUCKED. Who would want to see "Your text here" appearing on the shirt? The reason I missed seeing the text, BTW, is that I ordered many shirts with many pictures, and on all of them, when you import your pictures, they look like they're at an odd angle, but it is just the way the display model is tilted. So that is an error also.
