My wife was thrilled to finally get her tote bag, it turned out perfect. Kind of disappointed that it took 3 weeks to get it when it was 5-12 days, ordered on the 28th of april and received on the 15th of may. The bag looked exactly like the picture, nothing surprising.

These bags were super cute (I purchased 3). The material is more of a canvas look & feel. The colour of the bag is slightly off white, but the letters look exactly as pictured. I took 3 photos in different lighting. Would recommend! I liked how there was an option to choose the font and colour of the name. The words are legible and the colours are exactly as pictured.
