Loved the ease of use. Especially love the color options for the case as we have ordered several different stamps and it makes it very easy to find the one we need at the time we need it. also love the fact that we can do our own layout and visualize it before we order. Printing of the letters turned out fairly crisp. The lines we added as blank lines to manually fill in were a little skimpy. Maybe a line width option? if there is one then we missed it.
